Floral Delivery & Timing

We offer an accelerated delivery schedule for all floral arrangements (wreaths, sprays, and stands) to ensure they arrive fresh and in time for the service.
 

• Standard Delivery Window: Orders placed between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm will be delivered within 6 to 12 hours of order confirmation.
   
• Late Orders: Any orders placed after 6:00 pm will be processed the following morning for Next-Day Delivery.
   
• Urgent Requests: If you require delivery in under 6 hours or have an immediate need, please do not place your order online. Instead, please WhatsApp us at +65 9126 3386 to check for slot availability and stock readiness before purchasing.

Mandatory Delivery Information

To ensure seamless delivery, especially for funeral services not managed by The Life Celebrant, the sender must provide the following details at checkout

• Name of the Deceased: To ensure the tribute is placed at the correct hall or location.

• Exact Venue Address: Including the Funeral Parlour and Hall Number, or the HDB Block and Void Deck location.

• Date and Time of Wake Conclusion (Cortege Departure): This is the exact time the family leaves the venue for the crematorium or burial.

• Important Note: The Life Celebrant cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to venues where the wake has already concluded if an incorrect "Wake Conclusion" time was provided at the point of order.
   

Unlike standard e-commerce shops, we do not outsource the delivery of our most sensitive items to third-party couriers.

• Hand-Delivered by TLC: All Memorial Jewellery, Urns, and Personalised Keepsakes are delivered personally by a member of The Life Celebrant team. This ensures that these precious items are handled with the respect and care they deserve.

• Lead Times: For bespoke items (such as ash-infused diamonds or engraved jewellery), our team will contact you directly once the item is ready to arrange a mutually convenient time for personal delivery or collection at our Showers of Love Sanctuary.

Shipping Charges & Areas

• Delivery Zones: We deliver island-wide across Singapore. We do not deliver to Jurong Island or restricted military zones.

• Redelivery: A $25 (SGD) fee applies if a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect venue details or timing provided by the sender.

At The Life Celebrant, we take immense pride in honouring the legacy of your loved ones. Due to the highly personalised nature of our memorial jewellery, the bespoke requirements of funeral arrangements, and the perishable nature of floral tributes, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.

All sales are final.

• Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that a physical product (such as an urn or keepsake) arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as a priority.
